This document is the bridge. The operational package is Phase 1 of a 6-phase, 10-division, AI-platform-anchored Living Systems Network — with an exit thesis comparable to Optum, One Medical, and Kindred at Home. It tells future work what to build toward.
I built the original Abeó package (15-slide deck, 14 marketing docs, live React app) before seeing Brittany's full vision PDF. The package was solid at the operational layer — DRA legal frame, hybrid fleet model, 4-service vertical, Saddleback wedge, founder-friendly capital structure.
Brittany's full vision is 5× bigger. What I built is Phase 1 of a 6-phase, 10-division, AI-platform-anchored Living Systems Network with an exit thesis comparable to Optum ($5B), One Medical ($3.9B), and Kindred at Home ($4.1B). This document is the bridge. It tells future work what to build toward.
"When care is needed, no one navigates it alone." · "Patient-first care, on time and with heart."
The vision: Global Living Systems Network. Not a home care agency. Not a coordination layer. Infrastructure that connects human care, animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and community agriculture into one unified platform — because every living system deserves to be cared for, and caring for one strengthens all the others.
| Acquirer / Acquired | Year | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Optum | (organic) | $5B+ |
| One Medical (acquired by Amazon) | 2022 | $3.9B |
| Kindred at Home (acquired by Humana) | 2022 | $4.1B |
Brittany's PDF: "Abeo's scope, data advantage, and living systems thesis position it to exceed all precedents."
| Division | Description | Regulatory authority |
|---|---|---|
| Abeó Care | Non-medical home care · CDSS-licensed HCO · Personal care, hygiene, meals, companionship, mobility, medication reminders, housekeeping, transportation | CDSS HCO License (HCS 281) · HCAR · Health & Safety Code §1796 |
| Abeó Transport | Non-Emergency Medical Transportation · Medi-Cal billing · ADA-compliant vehicles | CPUC permit · DHCS PAVE enrollment · DMV Motor Carrier Permit |
| Abeó Clinical | Home Health · Nursing concierge · PT/OT/Speech · Licensed professionals | CDPH Home Health Agency License · CMS 855A · BRN · PTBC |
| Abeó Mental Wellness | Counseling · Caregiver burnout prevention · Community peer support · Crisis navigation | Licensed therapist partnerships |

Caregiver staffing · placement · B2B contracts with health systems.
Training · credentialing · career pathways · independent revenue stream from licensing.
Nonprofit arm · mission protection · subsidized care · impact-investor magnet · mission continuity at exit.
Not a CRM. Not scheduling software. The AI operating system that connects every client, caregiver, service, community, and living system into one experience.
"abeoOS is to care coordination what the internet was to communication — the infrastructure layer that makes everything else possible at any scale."
| Module | Purpose |
|---|---|
| abeoOS Navigator | Care coordination hub — intake, care plans, scheduling, family communication |
| abeoOS Match | AI placement engine — caregiver-client matching with HCAR/EVV compliance |
| abeoOS Pulse | Wellness intelligence between visits — check-ins, escalation, family portal |
| abeoOS Guide | Community health education — Academy delivery, public-facing resource hub |
| abeoOS Comply | Regulatory dashboard — CDSS tracking, EVV, audit-readiness |
| abeoOS Insights | Population health analytics — longitudinal living systems dataset |
| abeoOS Harvest | Food/agriculture intelligence — food-as-medicine prescription tracking |
| abeoOS Earth | Environmental health layer — community risk assessments, ESG metrics |
abeoOS is what powers the data moat. Brittany names it as "the most powerful negotiating asset — at exit and at every stage before it." The longitudinal living systems dataset is described as a global health intelligence asset.
abeoOS is structurally aligned with mythOS. Abeó Circle (which we built) is effectively a thin instance of what abeoOS Navigator + Pulse will eventually be. The "Powered by mythOS" attribution should evolve into "abeoOS, powered by mythOS infrastructure." The relationship is layered: mythOS is the substrate engine, abeoOS is the Abeó-specific care-coordination application built on top.

Phase 1 regulatory: CDSS HCO License (HCS 281) · HCAR · Health & Safety Code §1796. Each later phase layers its own compliance (CPUC/DHCS/DMV → CDPH/CMS/BRN/PTBC → multi-service HIPAA BAAs/ESG → multi-state HCO/managed care → international/WHO alignment).
| Revenue stream | Description | Target segment |
|---|---|---|
| B2C subscriptions | Families pay for enhanced care coordination | Clients · families · private pay |

The PDF lays the foundation for a SaaS+services hybrid that scales globally. The seed valuation ($7.5M–$12M post-money) quoted earlier is conservative for this scope. Brittany should consider a Series A frame at higher valuation once Phase 1 is operational.
Reliability — When we say we will be there, we are there. Compassion — Every interaction is shaped by genuine respect for the client's history, family, culture, and story.
Professionalism — Highest standards in training, documentation, compliance, conduct. Professional and warm are not in conflict. Connection — Care is a relationship, not a transaction.
Innovation — abeoOS gives caregivers superpowers — not replaces them. Sustainability — We build for permanence. Not built to be sold and forgotten — built to outlast its founders.
| Tagline | Use context | Source |
|---|---|---|
| "Patient-first care, on time and with heart." | Cover · primary brand mark · investor materials | PDF cover |
| "When care is needed, no one navigates it alone." | Mission statement · website hero · about page | PDF mission |
| "Engineered for Wellness." | Marketing campaigns · sales ads · brand campaigns | Color palette image |
| "Care, Coordinated." | Operational ads · short-form social · CTAs | Original guide |
| "Because health is everything." | Closing line · email signature · footer | Original Brand Identity Guidelines PDF |
The full vision PDF uses Teal Blue as the primary brand color (matching the palette image's #00A99D), not the lighter teal #42C2BE from the original Brand Identity Guidelines. The PDF cover features a mascot character — a teal-blue round avatar with an orange leaf accent on top, smiling face, big friendly eyes. Spherical, warm, kid-friendly, approachable. Not in existing assets; needs saving, integration into website hero + MascotAgent, and consistent use across surfaces.
PDF uses what appears to be a clean sans-serif — could be Nunito (matches existing brand guide), Open Sans, or similar. Match to existing Nunito spec unless Brittany specifies otherwise.
The existing MascotAgent.jsx component uses different mascot PNGs (mascot_neutral.png, mascot_pro.png, etc.). Brittany may want to align those with the PDF mascot or replace them. Decision needed.
| Surface | Domain |
|---|---|
| PDF footer | abeohealth.com |
| PDF email | contact@abeohealth.com |
| Existing package | abeo.health |
| Existing email | info@abeo.health |
| Phone (existing) | (949) 987-4605 |
Both domains are commercially viable. abeo.health (the .health TLD) signals healthcare specifically; abeohealth.com is the safer, broader convention. Brittany picks. If abeohealth.com: update SEO meta tags in index.html, all citations in marketing files, and email addresses in dispatch + contact form.
Slide 4 (Solution): replace 4-service grid with the 10-division × 3-pillar grid + abeoOS layer; keep "one coordinator" framing. Slide 6 (DRA cost advantage): REMOVE — replace with "Vertical depth" (non-medical → clinical → AI platform). Slide 10 (Launch): replace with the 6-phase roadmap table. Add NEW slides: "Comparable exits" (Optum/One Medical/Kindred) + "abeoOS — the Operating System for Human Care" (8 modules). Slide 14 (Founder): keep MWBE advantage + add Living Systems Network callout. Slide 15 (Close): update tagline to "Patient-first care, on time and with heart."
Section 2 (Mission) → PDF mission + vision quotes. Section 5 (Voice) → keep "The Capable Guide" + add the 6 values. Section 6 (DRA frame) → RENAME to "Compliance Stance — HCO Confirmed" with CDSS HCO License (HCS 281) reference. Section 8 (Service Ecosystem) → full 10-division structure + abeoOS. Section 9 (Taglines) → the 5-tier hierarchy.
Rename registry → care (Abeó Care, HCO not DRA), ride → transport, circle → connect. Decide what happens to "living" — PDF doesn't name a Living division; may live as sub-service under Care or move to Connect's coordination. Add clinical, mental, companions, earth, harvest, workforce, academy, foundation as future detail pages. Update all FAQ from DRA to HCO framing.
§1 Exec Summary → Living Systems Network framing + comparable exits. §3 Service Line → phased revenue model (Phase 1 HCO + Phase 2 NEMT/Companions + Phase 3 Clinical). §3.1 Registry → Abeó Care (HCO, $36–48/hr family rate). §6 Revenue Projections → add 5-yr $10M ARR Phase 5 milestone. §7 Valuation → adjust upward.
Update Registry section → Abeó Care. Pricing: $36–$48/hr (HCO competitor parity, no longer DRA undercut). Reframe wedge: "Transparent rates" + "Vertical depth" + "Family dashboard included" — not "lower than competitors."
Replace "DRA" framing with "California CDSS-licensed Home Care Organization" — this STRENGTHENS the case-manager pitch (W-2 caregivers > 1099 referrals for hospital comfort). Mention abeoOS Pulse for the post-discharge engagement window.
§3 Stage 1 Budget Category 5 (Licenses) → full HCO licensing breakdown: CDSS HCO Application (HCS 281) ~$5,000 · HCAR registration setup · DOJ/FBI clearance per HCA ~$50/employee · Health & Safety Code §1796 compliance. §6 Critical Path → replace DRA registration with HCO application sequence. §10 Timeline → extend to 6-phase view.
Update legal-section: HCO is the model. Cartier, SCAN Foundation, Jumpstart Nova still apply. Add Medicare/Medicaid CMS Innovation Center as a serious Phase 3 grant target now that Abeó Clinical is in scope. Add WHO Living Systems / Planetary Health grant pathways for Phase 4–6 (Earth + Harvest divisions eligible).
Re-run after all the above land. Final state: 10-division, 6-phase, abeoOS-anchored Living Systems thesis with HCO legal frame.
| Element | Status |
|---|---|
| Brittany Solomon is the founder | unchanged |
| MWBE advantage / certifications path | unchanged + amplified (now applies to a much bigger venture) |
| Saddleback Memorial discharge wedge | unchanged (still the Phase 1 launch beachhead) |
| Hybrid fleet (Uber Health ambulatory + 2 owned WAVs) | unchanged for Phase 2 |
| Bobby John / HIP Nation Phase 4 collaboration | strengthened (Abeó Clinical Phase 3 is the natural integration point for the DPC model) |
| Convertible note ($175–200K, 5%, 24mo, $6M cap, 20% discount) | may need cap revision — discuss with counsel whether $6M cap is too low for the bigger vision |
| JV term sheet (Abeó × StarHub Studios at 1/e extraction) | unchanged structurally; abeoOS-mythOS relationship deepens the technology-partnership case |
"abeoOS is to care coordination what the internet was to communication." Compare to mythOS canon: "the narrative coherence engine."
Both are infrastructure plays. Both connect distributed systems into one coherent experience. Both are anchored by AI as amplifier, not replacer of human work.
StarHub Studios substrate engine — the commons.
Abeó Health — care coordination vertical.
Triple X Playground — couples-intimacy vertical.
Legal-sovereignty vertical · + future verticals.
"Abeó isn't building infrastructure from scratch. It's building on top of mythOS — battle-tested across multiple ventures in the StarHub Studios portfolio. The technology risk is already retired. Brittany inherits a 5-year head-start on platform infrastructure other healthcare startups burn $50M building." Each vertical customizes the user-facing experience for its domain and contributes longitudinal data back to the commons; the 1/e extraction framework in jv-term-sheet.md is exactly the right shape for this.

| 1 | Open with the prior package (deck, founders-launch-plan, budget) — real, operational, ready-to-execute |
| 2 | Show this document as the bridge — "Here's how everything we built ladders up to your full vision." |
| 3 | Show the actual PDF integration items — what changes, what stays, what needs her decision |
| 4 | Ask her: which decisions block tonight, which can wait? |
"Brittany — what we built today is Phase 1, executed honestly. What you wrote in your full vision is Phases 1 through 6, executed at global scale. Both are true. Both can ship. Phase 1 funds Phase 2 funds Phase 3, and abeoOS is the connective tissue that makes it one company instead of ten. Tell me what changes."
That's the frame. The package is hers — and the bigger vision she wrote is the north star we'll build everything toward. Care, coordinated. Engineered for wellness. Patient-first care, on time and with heart. Because when care is needed, no one navigates it alone.
